Our goal is that you should be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied you can simply return your purchase within 30 days of the reception of your order for an exchange. Refunds will be accepted within 10 days of the reception of your order.
All returned products must be in perfect condition, must not have been worn and must have all original labels and packaging.
Our customer service will have to judge that the returned items respect these criteria.
A restocking fee of 5$ will be charged in case of a refund.

- Quickly send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know what is wrong with your order and how we could help
- Please, mention your order number and tell us specifically what the problem with your order is
- We will answer you quickly by giving you possible options and procedures to follow for the exchange
List of exclusions for returns and exchanges
- Under garments, like girdles, are final sale products and are therefore not subject to returns or exchange for hygienic reasons
- Damaged products. Make sure that the items are in perfect condition before you send them back to us
- Products on sale or subject to any type of discount or special order are not accepted for return or exchange
- Used, worn or damaged products or products missing the labels, packaging or accessories
- Vitamins and supplements
- Special holiday-related products (e.g. Easter, Christmas or Halloween products) cannot be returned after the holiday because of their seasonal nature
- Gift cards
- Any product that could have been contaminated by a substance that poses a health risk
- The products must have been purchased on Footbest’s online website (www.footbest.ca)
The following fees are non-refundable:
- Shipping fees including tax on shipping
- We do not cover, nor refund the return shipping fees
