Returns & Exchange

Our goal is that you should be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied you can simply return your purchase within 30 days of the reception of your order for an exchange. Refunds will be accepted within 10 days of the reception of your order.
All returned products must be in perfect condition, must not have been worn and must have all original labels and packaging.
Our customer service will have to judge that the returned items respect these criteria.
A restocking fee of 5$ will be charged in case of a refund. 

Follow the next few steps to return an item:

  1. Quickly send us an e-mail at shop@footbest.ca to let us know what is wrong with your order and how we could help 
  2. Please, mention your order number and tell us specifically what the problem with your order is 
  3. We will answer you quickly by giving you possible options and procedures to follow for the exchange
